They can be delivered in modular format which helps with those narrow doorways and you can simply add decks as your business grows.
The ovens can be supplied for either 18" x 30" tray size or 60cm x 40cm
The ovens have optional stone soles and full steam system and all the deck ovens have the latest LCD controllers.
They are also energy efficient and we can also supply specialst deck ovens to suit pizzas
