This machine is particularly suitable for dividing and moulding dough for rolls3/4 automatic machine - The head drops automatically (and can be adjusted) and the plate moulds the product from a manual lever.
This machine fully meets current CE regulations as the machine requires two hand operation for the head to drop automatically
